Gérard Mestrallet (born 1 April 1949 in) is the chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of GDF Suez, and the chairman of Suez Environnement. ==Biography== He received degrees from Sciences Po Toulouse, the Ecole polytechnique, École nationale de l'aviation civile and the École nationale d'administration. After his studies, he joined the Treasury.
